EMPOWERING TOOLS FOR WELLBEING

Let me tell you a little bit about myself. I love to travel and have created my businesses around this. Gecko Gearz is my store in Kaikoura, New Zealand. I have been travelling to Bali, Thailand and Nepal to buy goodies to sell in my shop and support local families for 25 years. These Wellness Retreats have come about due to my own personal health journey. A few years ago I recovered after suffering through 5 years of Chronic Fatigue Syndrome, despite being told by my doctors I would never recover. I often reflect on this time and wish I knew then what I now know about my body and mind and the ways I could have overcome the challenges CFS often creates in our lives. Whilst we explore these amazing countries, I also will take you on a journey where you can discover some easy practices that you can add into your daily routines. Our yoga will be gentle and easy, perfect for beginners and I will be incorporating breathing to calm the nervous system. I will guide you through many tips and ways to help reduce stress and anxiety, sleep better, gain more flexibility in your body and just have that overall sense of calmness. I can not imagine a better way to do that, then while exploring a beautiful country and its people. Return home feeling relaxed, refreshed and empowered.
